As of the week commencing March 9, Tokyo is experiencing further spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). We continually review the best available advice on the outbreak, and we have decided on the following protocols, for the safety of our audience and performers. 

As the situation develops, we will of course respond to any additional guidance from government authorities, however our stance is always to be proactive and aim for the highest standard, not to wait. If at any point we perceive the risk profile for any of our audience and performers to change, we will act promptly and also update this page.

3月9日の週の時点で、新型コロナウイルス(COVID-19)の感染はさらに拡大しております。このことを踏まえ私たちは安心と安全の確保を目指して以下の対策を講じることにしました。

国内でのこれからの感染状況とそれに伴う政府及び関係機関などの方針に鑑みて対応してまいりますが、私たちも常に最高水準を目指して積極的に行動することを心がけています。万が一、事態が急変し公演に支障をきたす恐れがあると判断した場合は速やかに動きこちらのページも随時更新いたします。

 

SHOWS:

CURRENT STATUS: SUSPENDED UNTIL MAY 24TH

From Tuesday March 19, Pirates of Tokyo Bay will suspend all our shows for a period of 2 months. Given the intimate nature of our shows, we take this decision to reduce any chance of infection spread between Pirates and audience members. We are reaching out to anyone who has already purchased tickets and offering a full refund.

We expect our next show to be Sunday, May 24th.

Our message to our Pirate members has been and always will be consistent: Performers are able to skip any practice or show for any reason provided they inform the group ahead of time. As such, there is no reason for any Pirate member to attend shows or practices while sick, which further reduces any risk.

From Tuesday March 10, Pirates of Tokyo Bay will suspend all our classes for a period of 2 months. Given the intimate nature of our classes, we take this decision to reduce any chance of infection spread between Pirate members and students. We are reaching out to all affected students and offering to reschedule or refund where appropriate.

現状：5月24日(日)まで中断

パイレーツ・オブ・東京湾による公演は、お越しいただく全ての方による近距離での接触またはコミュニケーションが想定されるため、残念ながら3月19日から2ヶ月間公演を中止することといたしました。既にチケットをお申し込みいただいた皆さまには、全額返金をご案内中です。

現在、次回公演は5月24日(日)を予定しています。

私たちでは事前連絡さえ怠らなければ、どのメンバーも練習稽古や公演を休むことができる柔軟なシステムを取り入れています。そのため、リスクを低減する取り組みの一つとして体調の優れないメンバーは練習稽古や公演に臨まないよう心がけています。
